Sempuls Referral Program Terms

These Terms set out the rules for participating in the Sempuls Referral Program, including the conditions for calculating referral commissions and the rules for paying out accumulated funds.

§1. Definitions

1. Operator — the entity operating the Sempuls service (the "Service"), available at sempuls.com.
2. Participant (Referrer) — a registered user of the Service who has joined the Referral Program.
3. Referred User — a person who has registered an account in the Service using the Participant's individual referral link.
4. Referral Link — a unique URL assigned to the Participant's account, containing their referral code.
5. Commission — the Participant's remuneration, calculated as credit for payments made by the Referred User.
6. Credit — the balance of accumulated Commissions in the Participant's dashboard, expressed in Polish zloty (PLN).

§2. Joining the Program

1. Any holder of a free or paid account in the Service may join the Program. An active subscription is not required.
2. You join by activating the Program in the "Referral Program" dashboard. The Referral Link is generated automatically.
3. Participation in the Program is free and voluntary.

§3. Referral Attribution Rules

1. A referral is attributed to the Participant at the moment of the Referred User's account registration using the Participant's Referral Link.
2. Attribution is permanent — the Referred User remains linked to the Participant for the entire period of using the Service.
3. The Program does not use cookies for attribution — registration through the Referral Link is what counts.
4. Referring yourself is not allowed. Payments where the Referrer and the Referred User are the same user do not generate a Commission.

§4. Commission

1. For each paid payment made by a Referred Customer, the Participant receives a Commission of 20% of the value of that payment.
2. The Commission is calculated on every payment made by the Referred User — including subscription extensions and renewals — indefinitely (for life).
3. The Commission is calculated automatically once the payment is posted and is added to the Participant's Credit balance.
4. The Operator may change the Commission rate going forward; a change does not affect Commissions already calculated.

§5. Payout of Funds

1. Accumulated Credits do not expire and accrue without limit.
2. The Participant may submit a payout request after exceeding the minimum threshold of PLN 200.
3. The request is submitted in the "Referral Program" dashboard. Only one pending request may be active at a time.
4. After a request is submitted, the Operator receives a notification and contacts the Participant to settle it (a transfer to the indicated account or, on request, applying the funds toward a subscription).
5. The Operator does not store the Participant's bank account details — the Participant provides them when a specific request is settled.

§6. Refunds and Adjustments

1. In the event of a refund of the Referred User's payment (refund, chargeback), the Operator reserves the right to adjust or reverse the corresponding Commission.
2. The Operator may withhold or cancel Commissions obtained in breach of the Terms, in particular as a result of abuse, spam or misleading others.

§7. Fair Referral Rules

1. It is prohibited to obtain referrals by methods that are unlawful or contrary to good practice, in particular: spam, impersonating the Operator, false promises, self-referrals and creating accounts to extract Commissions.
2. A breach of the above rules entitles the Operator to exclude the Participant from the Program and cancel any unpaid Credits.

§8. Final Provisions

1. The Operator may amend the Terms of Service for important reasons; amendments take effect on the date the new version is published.
2. The Operator may terminate the Program after giving Participants prior notice; Credits accrued up to the termination date will be settled under the existing rules.
3. Matters not covered here are governed by the Terms of Service of the Platform and generally applicable Polish law.
